I have been training at Rezilience since April 2018. I started there at boxing classes twice a week. It was such a great atmosphere and I enjoyed moving again after so many years. The first 15 months I lost 25kgs and my body shape changed. It was great being introduced to a strength and conditioning program and also different breathing techniques. There were classes being run everyday so I took advantage of that and was getting stronger and fitter. I had decided I wanted to have a ‘real’ fight and looked at Masters Boxing. I had my first fight in October 2019 and haven’t looked back. I am so grateful that I found Mitch and Rezilience as my life has changed. My confidence has grown and I am constantly learning things about myself and how to treat and appreciate myself better. Not only is Rezilience a great place for physical training but also for mental training. Mitch is constantly learning new techniques both physically and mentally and is always excited to pass them on. I look forward to continuing my journey with Rezilience and am excited to see where it may take me.
